G ress Tel ephone Number t EXEMPTION One of the following requirements must be met to qualify for an exemption from the Garfield County Subdivision regulations: l. The newly created parcel will be for a spouse, son, daughter, or spouse of a deceased chi'ld. 2. The subdivided parcel is split by a public right-of-way (State or Federal Highway, County Road or Railroad) or natural feature preventing joint use of proposed tracts and the division occurs along that public right-of-way or natural feature. 3. The newly created tract will be ovrned by a pub'lic entity or wi'|1 be used soley for the purpose of providino access to existing parce'ls, resu'lting in the creation of no additional tracts. 4. The conveyance is for the purpose of adjust'ing property lines, and the conveyed tracts become part of existing tracts, there being no new parcel created. The proposed tracts were created and separately identified prior to the'lst day of September, .l973; or were created and separately identified through the exemption process prior to the effective date of this resolution. 6.The property being subdivided has been least five (5) years, and the divisjon under circumstances not defined above, new tracts under 35.0 acres in size. under the same ownership for at together with any earlier permitted will create no more than three (3) donnestic water to each tract. If approved by the Board, a Iegal description of each new tract created wilI be furnished to the PIanning Departnent within I20 days.
