Dear Director,
This letter is being submitted as a sketch plan subdivision
application on the above referenced parcel of land. The parcel is
described by metes and bounds on the boundries and improvements
survey submitted as part of this application.
The request is to divide the existing .75 acre parcel into
two approximately equal parcels. The property is zoned commercial
limited and is contiguous to either state highway r.o,w. or prop-
erty zoned commercial limited. The parcel is now adjacent to both
State Highway #82 frontage road and County Road #110. The proposed
split would assure that each parcel would continue to have access
to one or both of these roads.

It is anticipated that a tight commercial use on the property
would generate approximately 225 gallons of effluent a day. Inves-
tigation of the soils on the site indicate that they are capable
of handling that amount of additional effluent; therefore it is
proposed that the additional Iot be served by an I.S.D.S.
