CORRECTION
NOTICE
Project Address 81 crescent place
Call for re -inspection.
fl$50.00 re -inspection fee must be paid prior to re -inspections.
I have inspected this work and have found the following corrections are required:
Grab rail to return at bottom of stairs
7 3/4" max riser hieght
Add wall perfection at garage spicket to protect firewall
Seal visquene in crawl space to wall and laps
Remove smoke covers
Caulk sink to wall or add back splash and base of tub
1 1/2" minimum clearance for grab rail
Finish exterior siding
Move glass and furniture so I can get to the fireplace
Exterior grade to be finished
Paint exterior gas pipe and caulk penetrations
