I^iHXREAS, Robert W. Wamsley and Cecile G. Wamsley have petitioned
the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, for an
exemption under C.R.S. 1973 30-28-10i for the purchase by them of a tract
of land consisting of 2.0 acres, and
WIIEREAS, the petitioners have shor^m to the satisfaction of the Board
of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, that they desire said
exemption for the purpose of purchasing the land on which their house is
located, and
WIIEREAS, petitioners have demonstrated to the saEisfaction of the
Board that there is adequate ingress and egress to said tract, that said
tract will be contiguous to the City of Rifle and the requested subdivision
is in accordanee with the general purposes and intent of the subdivision
regulations of the State of Colorado, and Garfield County, and said division
will actually restrict the density of housing within said area, and should
therefore be exempted from the definition of the terms "subdivision" andI'sub-divided landr', and set forth in the statutes of the State of Colorado,

of said 2.0 aere tract of land is hereby exempted from such definitions, and
the purehase may be made, all as more ful1y described in the petition pertainirrg
to this resolution. !4
As an express requirement of this resolution, the Board of County
Cornmissioners order that a copy of the instrument or instruments of conveyance
when recorded sha1l be filed with this resolution.
