Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a)-(a) as amencled, and
the Subdivision Regu'lations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1,
1972 and amended April 14, 1975, section 1.a2.fl (d) and 3.02.01 the under-

respectfully petitions the Board of County Connmissioners of Garfjeld County,
Co]orado, to exernpt by reso'lution the divisjon of 9.6 acre tract of
