Pursuant to our recent telephone conversation, I enclose an
original and one copy of a revised resolution which I have
prepared in connection with this matter. The revision
consists of the addition of the description for both of the
13.105 acres tracts and of the first full paragraph on the
last page which states the reason for the resolution.
Assuming that the resolution is in the appropriate form, it
is my understanding that you will obtain its execution.
