Wright, purchasers of all of the subject property from Mr. Williams, was approved by the Garfield County Commissioners on October 6, 1980, subject to the submission of appropriate legal descriptions within 120 days from said date. Enclosed is a copy of the warranty deed dated November 7, 1980 from Mr. Williams to Mr. and Mrs. Wright. Also enclosed are two legal descriptions prepared by KKBNA, Inc., of Glenwood Springs, dated December 8, 1980, contain- ing the legal description of the two separate parcels created by this exemption.
