Subject: Building Permit- Pinion Mesa
Miguel,
Please provide a survey to show the structure within the building envelope. The Grading Plan by Gamba sort of shows it
, but a comment by the surveyor stating the lines on the page match the final plat would help. Also what is the scale for
the elevation drawings? I think we have enough info to issue the grading permit. We will need more info to review for
the building permit. Please call if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Andy Schwaller

Miguel:
We have reviewed plans for a new residence to be located at Pinyon Mesa — Filing 1, Lot 37 and we are ready to issue
the building permit, but we need for you to submit pages 1-2 of the soils report prepared by HP -Kumar which is missing
from the soils report you submitted along with your application. If you can please send these missing pages or provide
us with a hard copy when you come pick up your permit, we'd greatly appreciate it so that our file is complete.
Lindsay or Brooke will be contacting you later today with permit pick-up instructions and final balances due.
Thank you —
Dave Argo
