CRMS GYM RE -ROOF WORK ESTIMATE:
1. Remove all existing ballast stone to remain on site.
2. Remove all old existing UPPER ROOF system material down to substrate and haul debris to landfill. Debris container
location to be coordinated with CRMS.
3. Inspect sheathing for unforeseen water damage and replace at $200 per sheet.
4. Install new EPS insulation board appropriately tapered to drains.
5. Install new white "Mule Hide" 60 mil TPO membrane roof system fully adhered and rolled up and terminated atop parapet
wall.
6. Re -use existing parapet metal cap sealed with clear silicon at screws. Install all other needed flashing.
7. Clean up work area prior to final inspection.

Owner/General Contractor. All work to be completed by Mullenax in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or
deviation from above specifications involving extra work or expense will be performed only upon written change orders and will become an extra
charge over and above this estimate. All work to be performed by Mullenax may be delayed due to strikes, materials supply issues, accidents,
inclement weather, acts of God, or other matters beyond Mullenax's control. Owner/General Contractor shall carry fire, tornado and other
necessary insurance. Mullenax maintains general liability and Workmen's Compensation Insurance.
NOTE: This Estimate is not a binding contract until signed by the Owner/General Contractor AND an authorized agent of Mullenax Construction
and Roofing, Inc. and may be withdrawn by Mullenax if not accepted and delivered to Mullenax within 30 DAYS. ONCE SIGNED BY BOTH
