Call for re -inspection.
fl$50.00 re -inspection fee must be paid prior to re -inspections.
I have inspected this work and have found the following corrections are required:
Need smoke an co test / chain or glue gas key/ adjust hinges to self close at garage
Paint exterior gas pipe
Caulk exterior siding and exterior penetrations
Cap calves in mechanical room and cap future pipes
Sediment trap to be down stream of gas shut of valve
Support expansion tank on hot water arm
Caulk penetrations of firewall in garage
Tighten cable rail
Post address on house
Crawl space not to be used as storage
Finish plumbing in crawl space and need info on tank to DWV connection
Dishwasher discharge not hooked up correct
