Call for re -inspection.
fl$50.00 re -inspection fee must be paid prior to re -inspections.
I have inspected this work and have found the following corrections are required:
Provide revised drawings that show all alterations and changes to the structure
These are to be signed and stamped by an engineer
The drawings must also show the addition of the showers and any framing
Associated with the shower construction- floor, ceiling and walls
Provide an affidavit for the wet bar and tree house stating their purpose and use
