Call for re -inspection.
fl$50.00 re -inspection fee must be paid prior to re -inspections.
I have inspected this work and have found the following corrections are required:
Inspection incomplete due to issues listed below
Finish exterior weather barrier
Truss drawings to be on site
Install windows per manufacturer specs
Add top plate strap across cut plates at beam intersection multiple locations
Attic access to be 22"x30" min with 30" head room in pantry
Add up lift clip to porch truss
Add nails per detain 13 s 6 1 at blocking between truss
Replace or sister stud in mech room over notched
Chase for gas pipe and plumbing in kitchen?
Add doors on exterior or cover in plastic
Provide letter from engineer for porch framing change
