Call for re -inspection.
fl$50.00 re -inspection fee must be paid prior to re -inspections.
I have inspected this work and have found the following corrections are required:
DWV not ready for inspection. System to be on test at time of inspection
Known issues with system should be addressed before inspection
Provide calculations for HVAC and gas pipe
Have plumbing contractor on site for inspection
Provide manufacturer specs for heaters in garage
Provide calculations for plumbing fixtures
Find and repair leaks in roof assembly
Have structural engineer perform a framing inspection due to holes in
Lvls and TJI and sip panel holes and construction
