1 Colorado Roofing Consultants is pleased to replace the roof, as described in the Insurance
Estimate Sheet provided, for $ 17,893.42 ** See #5
2 Roofing shingles will be an architectural style with a 40 Yr / Limited Lifetime Warranty

3 Work will be completed within 3-4 weeks of deposit; unless delayed due to weather.
4 All Required Inspections; Mid & Final, will be performed by the Local Governing Building Dept.
5 Colorado Roofing Consultants will assist with billing of any work/material that is required but
not covered by the initial scope of work; ie. Shortage of Materials, Code Requirements, Permit
Fees, etc

Any Decking (Wood) needing replaced will be billed at $45 Per Sheet(8'x4') 32SF
Additional Charges will be discussed on a case by case basis - Necessary for Roof work.
The roof will carry a 2 year Workmanship warranty
