fl$50.00 re -inspection fee must be paid prior to re -inspections.
I have inspected this work and have found the following corrections are required:
Continue to add fix to TJI in garage per engineer letter
Stud pack at dormer double rafter
Add screws per engineer notes item 13
Thermostat wired in double Ivl at stairs
Squash blocks under column and column in stair for girder truss and at widow
Add bolts per detail 6 s3.1
Clarify west chimney wall with detail and remove note to add outlet
