AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (I.E.C.C.) 2) IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS CONTAINED IN THE ATTACHED "GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS". NUMBERED REFERENCES REDLINED ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST. 3) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 1500 PSF. 4) A LOT IMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS REQUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE - INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH BUILDING ENVELOPE REQUIREMENTS. 5) INSTALLATION OF AN AUTOMATIC FIRE -SPRINKLER SYSTEM 15 REQUIRED, AND IT SHALL COMPLY WITH N.F.P.A. 13D OR I.R.C., SECTION 2904. VERIFY ALL FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND COORDINATE INSPECTIONS WITH LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF ROUGH -IN APPROVAL AT FRAMING INSPECTION, AND FIRE DISTRICT FINAL APPROVAL REPORT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 6) RETAINING WALLS GREATER THAN FOUR -FOOT IN HEIGHT SHALL BE ENGINEERED AND SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL. 7) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
