IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS CONTAINED IN THE ATTACHED ,,GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS". NUMBERED REFERENCES NOTED ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST. 3. EXISTING STRUCTURE AS PER REMODEL PLANS IS APPROVED FOR SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE USE ONLY. 4. A SEPARATE LOCK-OFF, ACCESSORY DWELLTNG UNrT (A.D.U.) OR SECONDARY DWELLING UNIT IS NOT APPROVED AS PART OF THIS BUILDING PERMIT. ANY SUCH USE REQUIRES A SEPARATE BUILDING PERMIT INCLUDING ALL REQUIRED FIRE-RATED ASSEMBLIES (WALLS, FLOORS, CEtLtNGS AND/OR ROOFS) AS PER r.R.C., SECTIONS R302.3 - R302.4 FOR 2-FAMILY DWELLINGS. 5. PROVIDE 3RD PARTY VERIFICATION OF EXISTING SEPTIC TANK CAPACITY. A SEPARATE SEPTIC SYSTEM PERMIT MAY BE REQUIRED FOR ALTERATION OF THE EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM IF NUMBER OF BEDROOMS EXCEEDS CAPACITY OF EXISTING SEPTIC TANK. 6. INSULATION AT THERMAL ENVELOPE SHALL COMPLY WITH 2OO9 I.E.C.C. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS. 7. ELECTRICAL PERMITT¡NG AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
