Project: Fuel Station Canopy Swallow Oil Co.

General Contractor: Tally Ho Construction & others
Inspection of shop fabrication or field work at ,fob site: Field - -
Report: Visually inspected the A325 high strength bolting at fuel canopy steel
frame connections. Also randomly tested some of the bolts for proper tightness.
Visually inspected completed welding at main support column splice welds &
received a copy of welder qualification for welder that performed work. Note no in
process inspection was performed on these welds just an inspection of the
completed weld passes.
The high strength bolting & field welding inspected as outlined above appeared
to be in substantial conformance with the plans, and the quality requirements of
the AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code & the AISC/RCSC Specifications for
high strength bolting.
To the best of my knowledge this completes the special inspections of the high
strength bolting & field welding on the project as outlined above.
