Re: Worth and Writer Exemptions
Dear Ms. Andreasen:
We have reviewed the above referenced applications for exemption.
Both proposals wilt utilize wells which will produce water tributary to the
Roaring Fork River. Our Ground Water Section has indicated that water is
available for appropriation and permits for domestic wells could be issued
to individual lot purchasers . Therefore, we recommend approval of the
Worth and Writer Exemptions.

The utility lines and access easements are correctlydepicted.
I enclose a new map. The description of the lots isas follows:
Lot 1: South 440 feet of SE4NW4 Section 23
Lot 2: North 440 feet of 5880 feet of SE4NW4 Sec. 23
Lot 3: SE4NWA Sec. 23 except the South 880 feet thereof.
