Both proposals wilt utilize wells which will produce water tributary to the Roaring Fork River. Our Ground Water Section has indicated that water is available for appropriation and permits for domestic wells could be issued to individual lot purchasers . Therefore, we recommend approval of the Worth and Writer Exemptions. Very truly yours, *a'-A Jeris A.Danielson Engineery State IAD/GDV:mvf cci Lee Enewold, Div. Eng. Ralph Stallman Land Use Comm.
