Dear Jeff:
We have reviewed your proposed plat and have submitted our proposed changes to Scarrow
and Walker. Presumably, they will make these changes as requested.
Other issues that require resolution prior to approval of the plat include the payment of $200
in School Impact Fees, a signed road maintenance agleement and a signed quit claim deed
transferring the .009 acre tract to your neighbor.

Re: Joint Maintenance Agreement on Access Road to 0066
Donegan Road and 0100 Donegan Road
Dear Jim:
The following letter, after mutual consent, wiII act as a
maintenance agreement on the above-mentioned access road to your
property and my rear l-ot.
After the signing by both parties to this letterr we agree
to jointly maintain the above-mentioned access road on an equal
basis. This includes any monetary amounts needed to maintain the
road condition and snow removal. AIso this agreement will pass
on to any future property owners.
