Dear Mr. Farrar:
Thank you for your ietter of October 28 concernfu:Ig this exemption
applioation. We must apologize for our error in location of this proposal
which may have inconvenienced the county or the developer. Wells for
this development would intercept ground water which is tributary to the
Colorado River at a point where there is stiII water available for appropria-
tion. This office can issue individual domestic well permits to indivldual
lot purchasers and we recommend approval of the Wimmer Exemptlon.
