INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN COMPLIANCE
WITH GARFIELD COUNTY,S BUILDING ENVELOPE REQUIREMENTS.
5) A BUtLDtNc HETGHT ELEVATTON SURVEY, SEALED BY A COLORADO PROFESSIONAL
LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE
OF AS-BUILT ROOFS WITH GARFIELD COUNTY,S 25-FEET MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT
LIMIT AS DEFINED IN THE LAND USE & DEVELOPMENT CODE.
6) ELECTRTCAL PERMtTTtNG AND TNSPECTTONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD,
ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
