At a re -alar _ meeting of the Board of County
Commissioners for Garfield County, Colorado, held at the Courthouse
in Glenwood Springs on Nonday , the_ 21st day
of seQtember r A.D., 19 87 there were present

when the following proceedings, among others were had and done,
to -wit:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 92
RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC ROAD
WHEREAS, the H. P. Williams, Jr. Trust, by and through its
designated representatives, have determined that it is proper to
grant certain property to Garfield County for use as a public road
on County Road 138; and
WHEREAS, said Trust has tendered a Trustee's Deed to Garfield
County conveying such property acceptable to the Board �)f County
Commissioners of Garfield County; and
WHEREAS, such property, through such transfer,is dedicated to
use as a public road or highway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Garfield County, as follows:
1. That the Trustee's Deed of the H. P. Williams, Jr. Trust,
a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, properly dedicates
certain property to Garfield County for use as a public road or
highway.
2. That pursuant to the provisions of Section
43-2-201(l)(a), C.R.S., as amended, the Board of County
Commissioners hereby accepts such dedication for use as a portion of
County Road 138.

therefrom, should the same be found to penetrate or intersect the
premises hereby granted, as resp. �,ed in United States Pater.+
recorded February 21, 1923, in Book 73 at Page 131 as Reception No.
81827.
Right of the proprietor of a vein or lode to extract and remove his
ore therefrom, should the same be found to penetrateorintersect

Beginning_at a point on the south right-of-way line of a county road as
described in Book 100 at Page 271 of the records :of the Clerk & Record-
er of Carfield County, Colorado, whence the northeast corner of said
Section 35 bears N 44°18128" E 2955.75 feet; thence
S 08°54100" W 10.00 feet; thence N 81006100" W 4.09 feet; thence
S 74040100" W 96.31 feet;- thence S 75°55'00" W 40.86 feet; thence
S 76048100" W 139.63 feet; thence N 13012'00" w 10.00 feet to said
south right-of-way line; thence along said south right-of-way line the
