4) BUILDING SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH RESIDENTIAL FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM IN
ACCORDANCE WITH NFPA 13D OR I.B.C., SECTION P2904. COORDINATE ALL FIRE
SPRINKLER REQUIREMENTS, INSPECTIONS & APPROVALS WITH LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT
pRovtDE APPROVAL LETTER/ StGN-OFF PR|OR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION.
5) tF STRUCTURE tS TNTENDED TO BE HEATED (NOW OR lN THE FUTURE) INSULATION AT
THERMAL ENVELOPE SHALL COMPLY WITH 2OO9 I.E.C.C. REQUIREMENTS.

EXtSTtNG RESIDENCE (AS PER ITEMS #32,#33 OF PLAN ATTACHMENTS).
7l ELECTRTCAL pERMITT|NG AND TNSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD.
ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
