Gentlemen:
Mrs. Terrell- requests a County Subdivision Exemption on the three parcels shown
on the attached sketch plan. She wishes to sell Parcel No. 2 (7 acres) to Mr.
Dick Morgan and Mr. Bud CoLlett who are in the process of engineering designs
f6r a shopping center. Mrs. Terretl presently lives within this proposed
ParceL IrIo. 2
At this time a boundary survey is being performed to provide descriptions on
the three parcels and to prepare a Boundary Annexation Pl-at. The totaL area
is being submitted to the Town of Sil"t, Colorado for annexation at this time
in sketch plan form. The consensus of the Board of Trustees of Silt was given
at the regular meeting of January 25, l-981 for this territory to be annexed.
The letter from the town is enclosed.
Water and sewer systems, and utilities will be from the SiLt utiLities. No
floodpLain has been performed for this request. No additionaL developments
or buiLdings shall be created on these parcels under this exemption request.
The three parcels shall become subject to the Town of Siltts Subdivision
ReguLations upon annexation of this territory.

Dear Comrnissioners:
Mrs. Elizabeth Terretl, I'Ir. Dick Morgan,and Mr. Bud Collett wish to annex the
land shown on the attached sketch plan. This land contains around 20 acres,
and lies adjacent to the TARA P.U.D. This land also is South of the proposed
RE-2 School Districts Secondary High SchooL Site, all being North of U.S.
Highway 6 & 24.
At the present time Mrs. Terrell owns the total land, and has submitted a
Subdivision Exemption Request to the County for the three parcels as shown.
Mr. Morgan and Mr. Collett are purchasing Parcel No. 2 to develop a shopping
center which is being engineered at this time.
Also at the present time a boundary survey is being performed.8o to provide_
the County ,ittr descriptions on the three parcels and to PrePare an annexation
pLat. This area is proposed to be zoned B-2 with Special Use permit for the
stropping center. Parcel 3 is being;studied for a variety"of brrsinesses and
residential uses.
Mrs. Terrell, Mr. Morgan and Mr. Collett understand the towns pro rata share
on the \rater and sewer irnprovements and will agree upon subdivision of this
land. It is also understood that they will be required to install all
improvements and utilities to the town utiLities at their cost.
A brief water and sewer stafement from the engineer is ptanned to be prepared
for the P. & Z. meeting. No field research or studies sha11 be made untiL
sub,mittal of subdivision of this land.
