I have reviewed the information submited and would like to fomard the following commentsto you:
IttFctort Raihoad Rtglttof+ny: Although the nailroad right-of-way is tocated nearthe propertythat
is the subied of this revieryv, access to the proposed development does not cross lhe railroad conidor. Therefore, therc should be no impad on the railroad rightif-way as a result of this proposel.
PrcximUrJ. Fl9posedlransif Une; A proposed commuter railtnansit line on the nailroad rightof-
lvay is being_alnenlly being $udied as a part of the Conidor lnvestment Study. The Corldor
lnve$ment $udy is trying to detemine the best tong-range tnansportation sysiem for our valloy. The
nearest proposed building envelope is over 3oGfeet fmmthe railroad rightof-way wherc the commuter
rail alignment is pmposed. Therefore, the commuter nailline, if construaeo, should have a negleible
impact on the proposed land use dwelopnrent.
Thank you furallowiflg rne to comment on this land use proposal. lf you have any questions regarding
