At the request of the building department, I performed a final framing walk-thru on
October 12,2018. Framing was complete; windows were installed; the exterior guard
rails had not yet been installed.
Prior to the visit, on August 2,2018,I performed a similar site visit and requested that
several improvements be made. The list included additional blocking, hangers, clips, and
shear walls, as well as improvements to some of the joist and beam bearing conditions.
During the October l2th visit, I confirmed that these items were completed. The structure
appears to have been constructed in conformance with the structural drawings and my
intent.

R-19 unfaced batt insulation to all 2x6 interior walls
R-21 unfuced batt insulation to garages common walls
