Can you please forward a copy of th¡s permit to us? . . (or alternately, provide a letter from Road & Bridge approving the existing driveway). o Engineered Site Grading & OWTS Design - The stapled together set of plans submitted for this project incorrectly included Civil Engineer drawings from the Callicotte Ranch, Lot 5 residence. Although there was (1) copy of the correct Civil drawings for this project submitted separately, we need to receive from you another full-size copy of Sheets C1-C4. Please drop off a full-size copy of these 4 sheets so that we can redline accordingly & include in the set of drawings we return to you with permit issuance. o Existing Buildings - We need confirmation that the existing barn structurès on this property only serve agricultural use, since we have no building permits for these structures in our records. lf used for other purposes, additional land use change and/or building permits may be required. Thanks for your assistance with these items. Like the Callicotte Ranch project, we will still require confirmation by way of an elevation height survey after framing is complete because the proposed building height is within 12" of the 25-foot ht limit. Thanks for providing these building height calculations on your drawings set, as it makes it that much easier for our office to review & approve. Of course... I will send change order to Hayes to submit to the building department, just wanted to make sure before I got to far down the road. Also was wondering if you had a chance to look over the orchard creek height stuff I believe Doug Hayes has submitted for building permit. Thanks, Jim On tO/25/2017 9:10 AM, Dave Argo wrote: Jim: I don't see any problematic issues with building height for adding this new "Man Cave" adjacent to the garage. However, since it represents a change to overall size and footprint configuration you will need to 1 submit revised plans to our office as an amendment to the approved plans. lt will also involve some additional plan review + permit fees. ln addition, our building inspector won't be able to sign off on any inspections involving this change until we have approved the amended plans. Once we receive an updated plan submission from you it will only take us between 3 - 5 business days to turnaround. Thanks for your inquiry. I told them I thought it should be ok regarding height since it most likely be considered a separate roof in respect to roof height. However, I thought I should double check first before I get to far down the road. I have attached drawings illustrating what they would like and wondering if you could let me know if it would be considered a separate element and thus have a separate average grade.
