Field Observation Notes:
The excavation for the footings were complete and the rebar for the footings were installed. The
dowels from the pilasters and stem walls were installed. Ted indicated that footings 4 and 5 will
be poured when the walls are poured. The footing reinforcing appears to be ready for the
concrete pour this afternoon.
