RE: Thatcher Petition for Exemption
Dear Mr. Baldwin:
Enclosed is a Petition for Exemption and attach-
ments in the above captioned matter. You will note on the
plat the rectangular parcel in the corner which was conveyed
6y fufr. and Mrs. Thatcher to Mr. and Mrs. Trump in FebruaxY,
Lg67. Mr. and MrS. Trump's residence is on the small rectangular
parcel and the purpose of the subdivision exemption petition
i" to alIow the Thatchers to convey additional property to
the Trumps to act as a buffer around their residence. The
existing water supply and sewage disposal system will be
utilized and no aaaitionat residence is contemplated on the
exempted parcel.
John Baxter of KKBNA was unable to find a 100 year
flood plain study for the area, but as he indicates in his
letter of oecemblr B, I9BO, a copy of which is included, the
Trump residence is located above the existing flood plain
area.
please do not hesitate to contact me if any additional
information is needed. I also enclose our check for the

Re: Exemption Petition Thatcher Property as requesLed byMarvin Trump
Dear Mr. Cutter:
Enclosed please find two copies of the exemption map prepared
for Marvin Trump. The vicinity map is included with this map.
I could not find a 100-year flood plain study for this area.
However, Mr. Trump is not using this parcel for any new con-struction of structures. The existing residence is positioned
above any flood plain area; therefore, I have not pursued thisitem any further.
Evidence of soil type is included; this j-nformation provided
by Marvin Trump and vras obtained from the Soil Conservation
Service.
If you have any questions in this matter, olease caII at your
convenience.
