You will note on the plat the rectangular parcel in the corner which was conveyed 6y fufr. and Mrs. Thatcher to Mr. and Mrs. Trump in FebruaxY, Lg67. Mr. and MrS. Trump's residence is on the small rectangular parcel and the purpose of the subdivision exemption petition i" to alIow the Thatchers to convey additional property to the Trumps to act as a buffer around their residence. The existing water supply and sewage disposal system will be utilized and no aaaitionat residence is contemplated on the exempted parcel. John Baxter of KKBNA was unable to find a 100 year flood plain study for the area, but as he indicates in his letter of oecemblr B, I9BO, a copy of which is included, the Trump residence is located above the existing flood plain area. please do not hesitate to contact me if any additional information is needed.
