Statutes 1973, as anended, for the reasonthat the division does not warrant further subdivision review, and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the division of the abovedescribed parcels "1", "2" and il3rr from the above described 59.22 acretract is hereby exempted from such definitions and said tract may bedivided into said parcels "1", r2n and "3u and may be conveyed in theform of such parcels "1", "2'and "3", all as is more ful1y describedabove and thal a copy of the instrument or instruments of conveyance
