Like to voice my d.lsapprovalon divid.iag 29 acres into four tracts. r feel that th- propolar isnot appropriate for the land as large parcels (17 and 35 acies) arethe norm for the area. Concerning the proposed exemption fron subdivision by Teague and
Clark, we would like to express our concern for the expected
water stress that may ensue as a result of the propsed density of
parcels.
lnle ourselves have applied for exenption fron subdivision for an
adjacent lot, which petition has been approved contingent upon
adequate supply of water to the ner*Iy created parcel. lltrrough our
search for approval of an additional well, we found out that water
supply to this area is rather short and problematic.
We therefore ask that Teagu and Clark propose a subdivision for two
parcels only so as to reduce water stress to this area.
