P.M., excepting therefrom a tract of land in the IIEkNEk,
Section 13, described. in Book L23, Page 523 of the records
of Garfield County, Colorado; and also excepting a tract of
land containing about 80 acres, and a right of way for a
road conveyed to L.W. Coleman by deed recorded in Book L52
at Page 13 of said. records.
Together with all ditch and water rights, including a L/2
interest in the Red GIen Flighline Ditch No. 90, with Priority
