expertise necessary to complete the subject project in accordance with measurements taken at the

Clarifications:
1. Binkley & Mapes, LLC warranties all workmanship for 5 years from the date of completion.
2. Prices are good for 90 Days from date of proposal. Adjustments will be made for Manufacturer increases.
