COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:
RECOMMENDATION:
,Approval, with the following conditions:
District C (Rural Areas/Minor Environmental
Constraints) with a five acre recommended
minimum lot size.
1. If the applicant serves one or both of the new parcels (5 acres and 30 acres)
from the existing domesticwell, the following items shall be included in the
legal descriptions_af each parcel: ` %f 4.

A. A minimum of 5 gpm shall be conveyed to eachn�?.w parcel;
B. A maintenance easement to the well from each.parce+i shall be

2. The applicant shall include an access easement in the legal description of
the 5 acre parcel.
3. The applicant shall submit a $400.00 school assessment fee to the Planning
Department prior to signing of the exemption resolution.
The applicant has 120 days to submit the legal descriptions including the
water conveyances & easement descriptions, and to meet any other
conditions imposed by the Board of County Commissioners.
