Please see attached definition of building height and apply it to your set of drawing. The building height at roof midpoint is a horizontal plane. The average grade is also a horizontal plane. Allowable building height is a vertical line measured between these planes. A simple square or rectangle house will only have the average grade plane to compare to the midpoint roof plane. A more complicated house with multiple roof lines or spread out floor plans, might have several different height measurements to be determined. 2. Four Mile Ranch has building envelopes that are determined and enforced by the HOA. The building set -backs are found in the county approvals and limit the roof overhang to 18 inches. It appears the roof overhangs the South side setback 24 inches. This needs to be addressed. Thanks, Andy https://outlook.office. com/mail/sentitems/id/AAQkADh1YzUyNWZj LTVkNmItNGR1OS... 11/14/2019
