Inc. DBA Clayton Homes #1037, is authorized and empowered to sign docr¡ments related to transactions of
the cert¿in real estate located at TBD Hwy 6, Silt, CO 81652. The manager is not authorized to eirtcr into aay
Guara¡¡tee Agreement or any other contragt that would require CMH Homes Inc. to assurne responsibility for
any loan balances orpalments owed by a consumcr ifthey default on their home loan with their lender.
