SUBJECT: Remodel Building Permit
The building permit for a remodel of Unit 1 of the Black Bridge Condominiums is being
issued, pursuant to the provisions of Article 10 of the Land Use and Development Code,
to include the replacement of a non -conforming access to the second floor with a code
compliant stairway for safety purposes and building code compliance.
