Call for re -inspection.
fl$50.00 re -inspection fee must be paid prior to re -inspections.
I have inspected this work and have found the following corrections are required:
Add weather stripping to front door
Add self closing hinges or device for garage man door
Caulk vanity to wall or add backsplash
Dishwasher discharge installed to deep into Y
Grab rail to basement needs to return to wall top and bottom
Balance stair treads first row- finish floor is changing riser hieght
Sediment trap to be installed in line of flow of gas
Drywall stair enclosed and stringers and cover foam
Glue cap and cap plumbing in basement
Grab rail to close to wall 1 1/2" minimum
