Is this what you are looking for on the elevations? I have gone around and established the average based on the topographic information for the natural grade and provided a 25' maximum midpoint line that is horizontal to the average calculated topography. 2. Additional dimensions have been added to sheet A2.1 regarding the overhang on the South side building envelope/building setback. The building is set back 6" from the b.e./s.b. with a 24" overhang, which complies with the 18" penetration per code. Please see attached definition of building height and apply it to your set of drawing. The building height at roof midpoint is a horizontal plane. The average grade is also a horizontal plane. Allowable building height is a vertical line measured between these planes. A simple square or rectangle house will only have the average grade plane to compare to the midpoint roof plane. A more complicated house with multiple roof lines or spread out floor plans, might have several different height measurements to be determined. 2. Four Mile Ranch has building envelopes that are determined and enforced by the HOA. The building set -backs are found in the county approvals and limit the roof overhang to 18 inches. It appears the roof overhangs the South side setback 24 inches. This needs to be addressed. The building appears to be right at the 25 ft limit on the high roof. We will require a survey to verify this and the overhang at framing. Please submit 2 set of the 3 sheets to add to the permit file with one reference to midpoint height. We also need the soil report for the lot.
