per your request, we have attached the final inspection from the State Electrical lnspector for the Town of New Castle

Also, I will be forwarding you a link to the as built drawings that were completed for the plant as well'
Finally, as per our discussion, the Town (through SGM) provided inspections on the proposed construction performed by
Mueller Construction for the plant. We had Ground Engineering providing materials testing on the project as well as we
provided constant observation. All work performed was constructed in accordance to our plans and specifications.
