Neither aforementioned Notice has been given to the Exline Family Trust, LLC, nor to its Owner's Representative at this time. Therefore, you and your inspectors are NOT AUTHORIZED to proceed with a Certificate of Occupancy inspection until such aforementioned Notice has been issued to the Applicant by the DRC, and it has been presented to you by the Applicant as evidence of DRC approval. Subsequent to our meeting, the HOA's access restriction of the County's inspectors for the Exline project was lifted, so the County is free to proceed as it may be requested by the Exlines. According to the Exlines' attorney, "the Exlines understand that they need the DRC's approval before they can get a C.O., but they also need a final County inspection too." The HOA appreciates your understanding of the complexities of this matter.
