Please be advised that in accordance with the Amended Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
for Aspen Glen, Articles 4.15 and 4.16 state that an Applicant (a building project owner) is not authorized to request a
certificate of occupancy from the county until the Applicant is in receipt of a Notice, or a Conditional Notice, of
Satisfactory Completion of lmprovement to Property from the Design Review Committee (DRC). Neither
aforementioned Notice has been given to the Exline Family Trust, LLC, nor to its Owner's Representative at this time.
Therefore, you and your inspectors are NOT AUTHORIZED to proceed with a Certificate of Occupancy inspection
until such aforementioned Notice has been issued to the Applicant by the DRC, and it has been presented to you by the
Applicant as evidence of DRC approval.
Deborah Prince, DRC Administrator for the HOA at Aspen Glen, will call you in the morning $t/27 /2019) to
discuss the details of this matter with you. Please let me know if you have any questions, and thank you for your
compliance with our governing documents concerning ARCHITECTURAL APPROVALS.

Hello, Andy:
It was a pleasure meeting you yesterday, and thank you for your time in discussing this matter. Subsequent to
our meeting, the HOA's access restriction of the County's inspectors for the Exline project was lifted, so the County is
free to proceed as it may be requested by the Exlines. According to the Exlines' attorney, "the Exlines understand that
they need the DRC's approval before they can get a C.O., but they also need a final County inspection too."
The HOA appreciates your understanding of the complexities of this matter. Please let me know if you have any
questions or if I may be of any assistance to you in successfully concluding this project.
