Dear Nancy:
Per Chris Lake's request, I reviewed the photographs he texted to me of the reinforcement
for the footing portion of the wall.
The photographs show the primary #5 vertical hook bars in the correct location in the bottom
of the footing and the uphill (West) face of the wall. The secondary footing reinforcing also
appears to be in conformance with the construction drawings.
