Dear Nancy:
Per Chris Lake's request, I reviewed the permit set of drawings that l stamped for the above
referenced project. The permit set was a (1) page 24" x 36" document with a sheet number
of S1.1 and was dated 9/18/19. This sheet included the plan view of the site retaining wall,
the details, & the general notes.
My understanding from you & Chris is that there was a second sheet stapled to the permit
drawing by the building department. Based on the description, this sounds like the
preliminary sketch that I had given you for your initial discussions with the planners due to
the concerns with the survey and lot lines_ This sketch was for preliminary pricing &
discussions only, and did not have my firm's name, date, etc included.
The structural information shown on the preliminary sketch is void, and all final design
information was shown on the stamped permit plan sheet S1.1.
Any comments redlined by the County on this additional sheet are still valid and applicable
to the project.
