NOTICE

Call for re -inspection.
fl$50.00 re -inspection fee must be paid prior to re -inspections.
I have inspected this work and have found the following corrections are required:
Front steps not to code- max variation is 3/8" from riser to riser
Remove smoke detector covers
Add backsplash or caulk vanity to wall and tub to tile
No un vented gas heaters allowed
Add a C 0 detector within 15' of bedrooms plug in battery back up is ok
Caulk toilets to floor
