NOTICE

Call for re -inspection.
fl$50.00 re -inspection fee must be paid prior to re -inspections.
I have inspected this work and have found the following corrections are required:
Post permanent address at road and at second gate 1/2 x4" mi
Adjust garage man door to self close
1 hour rated hatch in garage ceiling
Provide CFM for range hood. If over 400 add make up air
Stair winder treads second set 6" minimum at inside corner and tread depth at walk line to be within 3/8" of each other
Grab rail too high at winder
Provide sign off for elevator
Caulk toilet to floor master bath
