Per the conditions of approval listed in the Resolution 2010-08 associated with the PA 41-9 pad
location:
9. The Applicant shall be required to submit u report annually, until such time as the well pad
is released from the COGCC reclamation bond, of the extraction and processing operation,
for staff review. Upon revietiv of any deficiencies pursuant to conditions of approval or other
local, state, or federal permits, Staff may forward the report to the County Commissioners for
full revietiv of the Special Use Permit.
On the PA 41-9 location, normal operations occurred this year which include the following:

There was no reclamation activity on this pad for 2019.

Noxious Weed Treatment
TEP personnel and contractors continually monitor and maintain production equipment, water
removal, and production as needed.
TEP has reviewed the conditions set forth in the Major Impact Review and remains compliant under
the conditions of the resolution listed above.
