Sunlight Inn Partnership, a Colorado partnership, hereby reserves, for the
benefit of Sunlight Inn Partnership, a Colorado partnership, its successors
and assigns in and to Lot 1, forever, nonexclusive easettentg over and accross
Lot 2 for the purpose of maintaining sewer and gas lines currently existing
thereon and benefiting Lot 1, as the sane are located on this
plat, together with perpetual right of ingress and egress over and accross Lot
2 for the maintenance and replacement of such lines, said easements and rights
to be utilized in a responsible and prudent manner; and reserving unto
Sunlight Inn Partnership, a Colorado partnership, its successors and assigns
in and to Int 2 the right to vacate and relocate said easements.
Prior to the relocation of said easements, an
ammended plat shall be approved by the county
and recorded.
