OWNERS' STATEMENT OF VACATION AND DEDICATION
The undersigned, being oil of the Owners, respectively, of the Lots 1 through 4, inclusive, and the
appurtenances thereto, comprising the Senor Mesa Exemption as more particularly described on
the Senor Mesa Exemption Plat filed as Reception No, 429625 of the records of Garfield County,
Colorado, do hereby mutually and reciprocally vacate all easements and rights-of-way for roads,
irrigation ditches, wells and utilities of whatever nature disclosed by and shown on said plot as
being located within or upon and appurtenant to or burdening any or all of said Lots 1 through 4
of Senor Mesa Exemption, including those easements referred to in instruments recorded as
Reception No's. 432968,430319,438789,430320,432965,436439,and 442454, and the
undersigned do further hereby confirm the boundaries of each of said Lots 1 through 4 as shown
hereon and do hereby ebY mutually and reciprocally
dedicate all of the easements and rights-of-way
for roads, irrigation ditches, water wells, pipelines and other facilities associated with such wells,
and utilities of whatever nature for the purposes indicated hereon as appurtenances to title to the
respective Lot or Lots served thereby, and as burdens and servitudes running with title to the Lot
or Lots upon, over, across or under which such easements and rights-of-way are shown to be
located on this First Amended Senor Mesa Exemption Plot. It is the intention of the undersigned
Owners of
e a Lots i through 4, inclusive, to effectively vacate and relinquish all of said easements
and rights-of-way located within the boundaries of each of the respective Lots and to grant and
dedicate or re -dedicate those easements and rights-of-way in the locations and upon the
alignments disclosed upon this First Amended Senor Meso Exemption Plat. Nothing herein
contained sholl be construed as vacating or relinquishing any easement or right-of-way serving any
of the Lots in the Senor Meso Exemption which easement or right -or -way is located upon, over,
across or under properties other than the said Lots 1 through 4, inclusive, of Senor Mesa
Exemption.
